We will utilize several MS Excel models of which participants will receive copies following the course. This highly interactive and practical workshop follows the development and implementation of a new pricing strategy in the example case company. We will address product and service considerations for B2C and B2B companies.

 

Day 2: Measuring & Managing Pricing Effectiveness

Apply the Tools and Measures Needed to Enhance the Effectiveness of your Pricing Organization

This advanced course is the integration of several key concepts presented in different PPS courses. It provides a foundation for measuring the effectiveness of your pricing organization. There are four critical areas that you must benchmark to ensure your organization is effective. They include: strategy, price-value-volume optimization data, Key Performance Indicators and pricing guidelines. Benchmarks and measures will be provided for each of these critical  areas so that your organization's effectiveness can be benchmarked.

Registration Fee

The fee for attending one seminar is $1,500 SGD. If you wish to attend both seminars the fee is $2,500 SGD. This includes all seminar materials and refreshments.

Payment must be received before March 21st.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registrants who provide notice of cancellation at least 2 weeks in advance of the seminar date will receive a full refund. Late cancellations will be subject to a $75 SGD administration fee. Non attendance will incur the full seminar tuition cost.
