Fernando has 25+ years of experience helping many Organizations, worldwide and in many industries to develop and implement successfully World Class Pricing Excellence.
Over more than 200 Projects, with leading companies as Michelin, GE, McDonald’s, Baxter, Smith & Nephew, etc … Fernando has amassed an unique “360º Pricing Expertise” including Pricing Strategy & Management, Research & Analytics, People & Organization and Systems & Tools.
As a Six-Sigma Black Belt, Fernando provides a specific reliability for profitable large and complex Change Management Pricing Programs, based on DMAIC Methodologies, as well as Prince2 & Agile (Systems), PMBok & CMMI (Processes) & Métrica (Learning). He regularly writes articles, being engaged in a book on “Pricing Power”, and conducts webinars and workshops (Certification from the Professional Pricing Society), collaborating also with some well-known Business Schools and Universities.
Fernando holds an MBA in International Management from EAP Oxford, a Bachelor of Science in IT by the ESCP Paris, an Industrial Engineering Degree, and he is currently working on the thesis phase of a PhD in Pricing Strategy & Organization. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and learning German & Chinese.
